I'm a busy working mum with two teens. I've been where you are now, not knowing where to start, how to train, what and when to eat. I understand how daunting embarking on a fitness journey can be and the importance of getting it right. I've lived it and also practice what I preach. I trained throughout both my pregnancies and thereafter, successfully changed my body shape through targeted training and nutrition.
